Just realized my insurance doesn't cover cast iron drain stacks
Was reading my policy after a pipe woke me up at 3am, and turns out a lot of Atlanta policies exclude the old cast iron stuff since it's considered pre-existing wear. I'm looking at $4,800 for a section in my 1962 bungalow in Kirkwood. Has anyone else dealt with this or found a decent rider?
