Letting my camera run 40 minutes on the same patch of sky beat every stacked shot I ever took
I kept chasing 3 hour integration times on Orion and getting muddy blobs, so last Tuesday I just let it record while I folded laundry and pulled 12 sharp frames out of the mess. Who else here has quit the long exposure grind and gone with lucky imaging instead?
