Rant: it took me 3 weekends to fix the tension on a simple woven wall hanging
I kept getting loose loops on the left side of my loom at the studio on Elm Street, so I retightened the warp threads seven separate times before I figured out the real issue was my shed stick was warped and pulling unevenly. Finally swapped it for a flat piece of oak from the scrap bin and the whole thing leveled out in about 20 minutes, which made me feel equal parts relieved and dumb. Does anyone else keep buying tools when the problem is actually one worn out part?
