I'm Tired of People Shoving Compressor Start Relays in Wrong

Had a call yesterday on a Frigidaire fridge, compressor was just clicking. Pulled the relay and someone had jammed a 3-in-1 hard start in there backwards. No joke, wires were literally crossed over. It's not that hard to match the markings, is it? Anyone else dealing with more of these botched relay swaps lately?

Had a guy wire a dryer cord backwards once. Same energy.
