Update: the guy at the counter on 6th told me to stop pricing my window washing by the hour, and he was dead on
I switched to flat rates by pane count after he pointed out nobody in Amarillo wants to watch a clock, and my average ticket jumped from $110 to $190 in 5 weeks, so now I'm wondering if flat pricing works for other services around here or if it's just a window thing.
