Unpopular opinion: my CPA here in Amarillo told me to stop chasing every late invoice and it saved my shop
She said I was spending 5 hours a week on calls and emails for $340 worth of unpaid invoices when I could have been out getting new work, and honestly that math still bugs me, so I'm curious if other owners here write off the small stuff or keep fighting for every dollar.

Five hours a week for $340 means you're paying yourself about minimum wage to be a debt collector.
