Just saw another shop downtown with their hours listed wrong on Google

Happened to me last month. A customer showed up after we closed, mad. Said Google said we were open until 7. I checked and my listing still had winter hours from February. Fixed it in 10 minutes on Google Business Profile. Lost a sale and looked bad. How often do you guys check your online info?

Reminds me of the time I tried to explain to my aunt how her cable box wasn't the internet. She kept clicking the remote at her laptop screen. After an hour I just unplugged the box and told her Google was broken for the day. Problem solved.
