I stopped by a tiny bakery on 6th Ave last Saturday to grab a coffee before hitting the farmer's market, and I noticed the owner had a handwritten sign on the register asking people to leave a note about their favorite Amarillo spot. She told me she started hanging them by the door so regulars could see where other locals go, and it was already covered with about 40 notes from plumbers, teachers, and retirees. Has anyone else been in there and seen this, and do you think more shops around here should do something like it?
