Finally got a handle on my downtown shop's trash pickup
The dumpster behind my place on 6th was always overflowing by Tuesday. Started asking my morning coffee customers to use the can out front instead, and it cut my pickup calls in half. Anyone else find a simple fix for a small business headache?

It's wild how often the real problem is just a few steps away from where we're looking. You fixed a backroom issue by changing something up front. My local bakery had a line out the door every Saturday until they put a simple menu board outside. Now people decide before they walk in. Why do we always try to make the hard part easier instead of just moving the hard part?

Spot on, hugobarnes. I see this with tech support all the time, where the fix is restarting the router, not some crazy network setting. We get so focused on the complex solution right in front of us that we miss the simple one sitting off to the side. It's like we're trained to tackle the hardest version of a problem first.
