My neighbor's swamp cooler install in the Heights went from 3 guys and a ladder to one guy with a crane
Watched them swap out an old roof unit near Juan Tabo last month and the whole job took 4 hours instead of the full day it used to. The new rig gets lifted right over the wall so nobody's hauling 200 pounds up a ladder anymore. Anyone else notice crews around here getting faster or is it just my street?
