Zoned my neighbor's system wrong and it took 3 service calls to figure out

Was supposed to be a simple four zone panel swap in Columbus, but I had the zones mapped backwards from the keypad and the customer kept setting the wrong areas. Took me about 6 hours total across three trips - have you ever had a install that fought you that hard over something stupid?

Hey man, label every wire before you disconnect anything. Saves your ass every time.

Nah, labels just peel off anyway, I just remember where everything goes.
