My client's kitchen remodel had me rethinking my snack stash
While installing sensors in their new kitchen, I realized I always run out of energy bars by noon. Do you guys have a go-to snack for long days on site?

Seriously, energy bars are the worst for actual work days. They give you a sugar crash right when you need stamina, and they cost way too much for what you get. You're better off packing some real food like a sandwich or even just a big bag of nuts. That fake health food just leaves you hungry and broke by lunch.

Ugh, I'm totally with you on this. Tbh I grabbed one last week when I was running late and by 10 am my stomach was just growling like crazy. Honestly felt more tired than before I ate it. I was stuck in back to back meetings wishing I had just made an extra slice of toast or something. Never again on a real work day.
