Saw a line guy torquing lug nuts with a crowbar at KLAX

Stopped by the GA ramp last Tuesday and watched a kid on the fuel truck tighten a Cessna's wheel with a crowbar off the tow bar. I get being in a hurry, but has anyone else seen this and actually said something, or is it just not worth the argument?

A crowbar on lug nuts? That’s how you snap a stud and send a wheel flying down the taxiway. I’d have said something to the fuel guy, not the pilot, because that’s a broken bolt and a bent rim waiting to happen. Kids like that need to learn torque wrenches exist before they turn a $20k tire into a parts order.
