Used to think frozen wings were junk, oven method won me over

I was solid team fresh chicken wings for years. Thought frozen ones would be rubbery and gross no matter what. Then I tried frozen party wings at 380 for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Came out way crispier than my old oven method and cheaper too. I saved like 4 bucks a pound compared to fresh at my Kroger in Nashville. Anybody else swap out fresh for frozen after trying a different cook time?

Jumped on the frozen wing train last year and never looked back. Honestly my wallet cried happy tears when I realized they crisp up even better than fresh if you just add a little baking powder to the bag before tossing them in the oven. Now I side-eye anyone paying premium for raw wings like some kind of chicken snob, lol.

That baking powder trick is pure gold, I do the same and my family can't tell the difference from restaurant wings.
