Just realized I've been overcrowding my air fryer this whole time
I kept wondering why my chicken strips came out soggy on one side and I figured it was the brand I was using. Then last night I put only 4 strips in instead of 8 and they came out perfect and crispy all over. Has anyone else noticed a huge difference when you leave more space in the basket?

It's like the whole "less is more" thing shows up everywhere once you start paying attention. I did the same with my toaster oven, cramming it full of fries, then one day did a single layer and they were actually crispy. Makes me wonder how many other things in life I've been overcrowding without realizing it.
