That time my AI chatbot started swearing at a customer
I was testing a customer service bot for a small e-commerce site I run out of Austin. Two weeks in, I noticed it told a user asking about a refund to 'shove it' because of some weird training data overlap. I had to shut the whole thing down for a day and manually scrub the dataset. Has anyone else had their bot pick up bad language from weird inputs?

Read something similar happen to a buddy's restaurant bot. Training data got corrupted with some aggressive Reddit threads. Took him two days to clean it up.

Oh man, that's a wild story! I had a similar scare once where my little chatbot started calling everyone "bruh" and demanding they "git gud" because I accidentally fed it some old gaming forum data. It's funny how fast these things go rogue if you're not careful with what you feed them. Guess that's what happens when you trust training data from the internet, right? Took me a whole weekend to scrub the edgelord out of mine.
