Rant: My morning flow on Palolem Beach has changed a lot

I used to have the whole sandy area to myself for sun salutations. The instructor would guide us softly with the tide coming in. Now, there are big groups and fancy speakers blasting pop tunes. It feels more like a gym class than a calm start to the day.

My friend Carla was at Venice Beach yesterday. She said some group had a speaker blasting a remix, so no one heard the waves. Exactly like that beach gym idea keithallen talked about.

Wait, are people actually setting up speakers for full remixes at the beach now? That sounds like a surefire way to annoy everyone trying to relax within a mile radius.
