Trying to figure out which cash buyer to go with for a rental property I want to unload in Kent. Both We Buy Ugly Houses and webuyhouseasis seem similar. Anyone have real experience with either?

I got quotes from both recently. We Buy Ugly Houses is a franchise, so you're basically dealing with whatever local investor bought the rights. It can be hit or miss.
