Duramax Sheds Online vs Dura Sheds?

We are finally upgrading our rusted out metal shed this spring (2026) and want to go with a heavy-duty vinyl one instead.

I'm torn between ordering from Duramax Sheds Online or Dura Sheds. Has anyone used either of these retailers recently? Looking for decent customer service in case parts are missing.

I actually looked at both when I bought mine in February. I ended up going with Duramax Sheds Online.

Their support team was way more responsive when I called with questions about the foundation kit.

Same here. Duramax Sheds Online was great. Everything arrived on a massive pallet with zero damage. Highly recommend them.

Went with Duramax too and had the same experience as @bailey.susan, the pallet was a beast lol. Their customer service actually answered the phone when I panicked about the roof panels. Zero regrets.
