Can we talk about that stained glass shower request?

So I was at a client's house last week, and they wanted a beautiful stained glass piece for their shower door. I had to gently tell them that the moisture could ruin the lead and colors over time. It got really awkward because they had their heart set on it. We ended up chatting and decided to put it in a window instead. Funny how these talks can turn out okay with a bit of patience.

Man, does that come up a lot? Tbh I had almost the same talk with a friend. She was so set on it for her bathroom, but we found a spot for a suncatcher in her kitchen window instead.

Bathrooms can actually be perfect for suncatchers. The light is often really nice in there.

My bathroom in my last place had this tiny window above the sink. I used to avoid putting anything there because I thought the steam would ruin it. Then one summer, the light came in just right and I tried a little glass prism. It threw rainbows all over the wall during my morning routine.
