PSA: My bread aisle victory with 'multigrain' labels!

I always grabbed 'multigrain' bread assuming it was the healthiest pick. After checking into label meanings, I figured out it only says there are multiple grains, not that they're whole ones! Here's my hot take: focusing on 'multigrain' misses the point, and we should all look for 'whole grain' instead. Now I hunt for that term and feel like a label pro! It's such a good feeling to clear up that confusion.

Read that multigrain usually means refined grains.

Always thought multigrain was the healthier choice, honestly. Saw that same fact and it made me actually check my bread labels. Now I look for "whole wheat" or "whole grain" listed first instead.

Checking labels for bread... is it that big a deal?
