Appreciation post: The Taco Bell breakfast crunchwrap actually saved my morning

I was running late for work yesterday and grabbed one on a whim... usually their breakfast stuff is just okay. But this thing was perfectly warm, the eggs weren't rubbery, and the hash brown inside stayed crispy. It completely turned my rushed, bad morning around. Anyone else have a fast food item that unexpectedly came through for them?

Aaron's right that fast food breakfast can be a slippery slope, but sometimes you just need that win. My go-to surprise hero is the sausage biscuit from a certain golden arches place. It's simple, but when they get it right, the biscuit is warm and flaky and the sausage patty has that peppery kick. It's saved a few of my rushed mornings too.
