Hit 1000 cold calls last month and something clicked
I've been doing sales for a real estate team in Austin. Last month I passed 1000 cold calls for the year. That number hit different. At 500 I still choked on scripts. At 750 I started hearing patterns. By 1000 I could tell if someone was gonna buy before they finished their second sentence. It's just reps. Pure volume. No shortcut. Has anyone else hit a weird milestone that changed how they worked?

Oh man that is such a real feeling! I hit a similar wall with my own work and it was wild. The first few hundred calls feel like you're just guessing at everything. Then somewhere around that 500 mark stuff starts sticking in your brain. By the time you hit 1000 your ears just know what a real lead sounds like. It's not even about being smarter or having better scripts. It's just doing it so many times that your gut takes over. Props to you for sticking with it that long, most people quit way before the magic happens.
