My next-door neighbor finally let me fix her dry skin patch

I saw her struggling with a rough spot on her cheek for a while. She brought it up while we were both getting mail. I told her to try a sugar scrub and a cream with ceramides. She followed my simple steps and called today to say it's much softer. It made my day to help without it being a paid session. Knowing I can make a difference in small ways keeps me going.
