My mentor told me to stop over-exfoliating clients and I didn't listen until I wrecked someone's moisture barrier in Austin last spring
She kept saying less is more but I went hard with a 30% acid peel on a regular client and it took her three months and a bunch of hydrating facials to get her skin back to normal, has anyone else had to learn this lesson the hard way with a specific treatment?
