That $2,300 door operator retrofit in Minneapolis was a total bust
Spent 2.5 days swapping in a new controller on a 20-year-old Otis and it still throws a leveling fault every morning. The old relay logic worked fine until I touched it, so I basically paid for my own headache. Anyone else regret chasing modern parts on ancient cars?
