Vent: A 15 minute customer conversation made me question my whole bench setup
Some guy at the counter in Tulsa was telling me how he fixed his own dryer for $40 using a multimeter and a YouTube video, while I've got $4,000 in diagnostic gear sitting here. He said the first thing he does is check the thermal fuse, no fancy oscilloscope needed. Made me wonder if I've been overcomplicating half my repairs and charging people for my own habit of reaching for the big tools first. Anyone else ever get humbled by a DIYer with basic logic?
