GPS guidance on dredges isn't the miracle everyone claims

Most crews praise GPS for making dredging simple. On my last project, the guide messed up and we cut too deep. Fixing that mistake set us back a whole shift. I still use old markers to verify the depth. Too much trust in fancy gear can lead to big problems.

Tell mila_wright glitches aren't so rare. I've seen good crews get a bad scrape and have to redo whole sections.
