Was against digital drafting tables until a sub called out my paper setup

I've been drafting on a board since trade school, thought the whole digital table thing was a gimmick. Last week a younger guy on a site walked by and said 'you know you're losing about 2 hours a day on that setup, right?' I laughed it off, but then he showed me his screen with layers and snap tools that would've saved me a whole afternoon on this storefront remodel I'm doing. Borrowed one for a day, honestly couldn't believe how fast I got through revisions. I'm not fully switching yet, but I get it now. Anyone else made the jump after years on a board? How long did the adjustment take for you?
