Caught a pipe leak behind my new backsplash in under an hour
I was grouting the kitchen tile in Columbus when I saw a damp spot forming near the outlet. Turned off the water fast, pulled two tiles, and found a loose sharkbite fitting behind the wall. Anyone else keep spare fittings around before a tiling job, or am I just paranoid?

Loosely fitted sharkbites are exactly why I REFUSE to trust those push fittings.
