Structured days are killing my travel buzz, but chaos did too

I spent my first two years as a nomad in Chiang Mai with zero schedule. I woke up whenever, worked when the mood hit, explored mid-afternoon on a whim. It felt free until I missed three client deadlines in one month and had to eat instant noodles for a week straight in June. So I flipped hard. Now I block my mornings from 8 to noon in Lisbon, weekly planner app, fixed coworking desk rental at 89 euros a month. It works, my money is steady, but I caught myself staring at a sunset last Tuesday and feeling nothing because my calendar said gym time. I get that freedom means different things at different stages, but I'm starting to wonder if I overcorrected. Anyone else bounce between these two extremes and land somewhere that actually sticks?
