Remember when you had to pull the whole cab to get at a Duramax injector?

Back in '08 at the shop in Spokane, we'd lose a whole day just getting to the back ones. Now with the updated tooling and procedures, I can have all eight out in under four hours. The difference a few design tweaks and better access panels makes is crazy. Anyone else remember the old struggle on the LBZ motors?

Gotta be honest, that still sounds like a nightmare. Even with the new access, it's a messy, expensive job that shouldn't be that hard in the first place.

I mean, "shouldn't be that hard" is kinda the whole point of the new access. It's way better now.
