Guy at a job site on Grand River told me something about hauling debris I still think about
He said the city changed the rules on commercial dumpsters near Eastern Market back in 2016 and half the guys he knew never bothered to learn the new permit process. Anybody else deal with the old guard in Detroit commercial work who'd rather wing it than pull the paperwork?
