Stopped eating lunch at my desk 3 weeks ago and my afternoons did a full 180
I work from home in Phoenix and for about 2 years I ate lunch at my desk every single day, just shoveling food while answering emails. Three weeks ago I started forcing myself to eat at the kitchen table with my phone in the other room, 20 minutes, nothing else. I swear my 2pm slump is gone and I got through a whole backlog of tickets in like 4 days instead of dragging it out all week. The only hard part is ignoring the email ping while I'm eating. Does anyone else have a lunch rule like this, or am I just late to something obvious?
