Overbooked my Saturday, now I owe my buddy lunch
Told my friend I'd help move his couch at 2pm, then said yes to a work shift at 3pm. Ended up sprinting between both, couch took an hour longer because the stairs were narrow. Has anyone else double booked a day and just ate the awkwardness?

Man, I gotta push back on this one. You knew the couch would take a while. Moving furniture always runs long, especially with stairs. You set yourself up for that sprint by stacking both jobs with zero buffer. Next time, block out an hour of nothing between commitments. That awkward lunch is on you, not bad luck.
