Just changed my mind about meal prepping on Sundays
I've been stuck between prepping all my lunches on Sunday or just winging it every morning. Last week I tried the Sunday route and packed 5 chicken and rice containers. By Wednesday I was so bored I ordered takeout anyway. Now I'm thinking I'll just prep 2 days worth at a time so it feels fresh. Anyone else find a middle ground that actually works?

Wait you seriously made it to Wednesday with 5 identical chicken and rice meals before cracking? I'm genuinely impressed you lasted that long because I would've bailed by Tuesday afternoon! The 2 day prep sounds way more doable, I've been doing Monday/Wednesday/Saturday splits and it keeps things interesting without the daily scramble.

Five identical chicken and rice meals? That's some serious dedication, I would've cracked by Tuesday lunch at the latest. I do a 3 day prep now, Sunday for Monday-Wednesday then Thursday for Friday-Saturday, keeps it from feeling like a prison sentence.
