Airport scanner glitch in Denver made me delete my phone password

TSA flagged my carry-on three times in one morning at DIA back in March and now I type a 27 character passcode every unlock since the agent hinted my face ID "looked off", has anyone else gotten paranoid about biometrics after a checkpoint hiccup?
