That Phoenix supplier must have moved a lot of those bad units. I've been there, chasing the same ghost in a dozen machines before the supplier even admits there's a batch problem. The worst part is you start to doubt your own basic troubleshooting steps after the third identical swap. Solidarity on those lost days.
