Pro tip: Bad bean storage just ruined my favorite blend

I left my coffee in a paper bag on the kitchen counter for ten days. It tasted like dust and had no kick at all. I lost a whole bag of my go-to morning coffee. Now I use a tight lid jar in a cool spot every time.

Honestly, that paper bag was just trying to help you cut back on caffeine. Tbh my first thought was "ten days on the counter? Bold move." The jar is the way to go for sure.

Yeah the bag itself isn't the issue, it's that air gets in. Any coffee left open just goes stale fast.
