Had a perfect pour over morning last Tuesday and I still don't know what I did right
I woke up extra early for no reason, ground my beans a little finer than usual, and used water maybe 10 degrees cooler. The cup came out sweet and balanced with zero bitterness. I've been trying to recreate it for a week now and every attempt has been off. Anyone else ever hit that random perfect cup and then can't figure out how to do it again?
