That one Tuesday when my V60 decided to channel everything through the left side

I had a perfect pour over routine down for like 6 months, then last Tuesday it just fell apart. Every single brew channeled no matter what I did, same grind, same water temp from my kettle in St. Paul. I was getting 2 minute draws on a 3 pour recipe and the coffee tasted like battery acid. Tried my backup plastic V60 and it was fine, so the ceramic one must have cracked somewhere invisible. Has anyone else had a dripper just randomly betray them after months of being fine?
