That one customer who measured my pour over with a stopwatch
Guy watched me brew at a shop in Columbus and timed each pour to the second. Said my 30 second bloom was off by four. I laughed it off, but tried his method at home last week. Slower pours did change the taste, not gonna lie. Anyone else have a random stranger's nitpick turn out to be right?
