Fired up the old drip maker last month and remembered why I switched to pour over in 2019
Same beans, same grinder, but the drip came out flat and bitter while the pour over tasted clean, and I think it comes down to control over the water. Anyone else keep a drip machine around just for lazy mornings, or did you give yours away?
