Pro tip: the express lane at my Kroger has a 3 foot rule, not a 15 item rule
Watched a guy with 22 items get waved through last Tuesday in aisle 4 because his cart was under the little tape mark they taped on the floor. The tape is the only thing that matters at that store, no one enforces the count, so does yours work the same way?
