Coupon lady behind me made my Tuesday way worse

At the Kroger on Main Street last week, I grabbed a 12 pack of soda and some bread, then this woman behind me spent 10 minutes digging through a binder of coupons. She held up the line while the cashier had to void three separate transactions because her coupons wouldn't scan. I just stood there staring at the gum display thinking about how I could've been home by then. Has anyone else been stuck behind someone with a whole coupon system? What's the longest you've waited?
