Told my sister I'd pay her $200 to drive me to Cleveland instead of taking the 4am Megabus, and now I'm out $200 plus gas and still annoyed

I picked the drive because the bus got in at 3am with no ride waiting, but she stopped twice for coffee and we got there later anyway, so has anyone else paid more just to avoid a middle seat at 4 in the morning?
