We Buy House As Is vs Express Homebuyers?

Has anyone worked with We Buy House As Is or Express Homebuyers? I need to sell my house fast and I've seen ads for both. Which one actually follows through?

Express Homebuyers strung me along for weeks. We Buy House As Is was the opposite—got an offer in 24 hours and closed in 8 days. Night and day difference.

My experience with We Buy House As Is was great. They were honest and didn't change the offer at the last minute like some others do. Don't know about Express.
