Paid $1,400 for a mailing list to find cash buyers, most of it was junk
I bought a list of 5,000 supposed absentee owners in Maricopa County back in March for around $1,400 and after two mailers only 11 people called me back. About 200 pieces came back undeliverable and a handful of the numbers were just disconnected, so it felt like I paid a lot for bad data. What do you all use to pull your own lists instead of buying them?
