Site supervisor changed the layout again, third time on the same wall

Job in Portland, he walks in at 9am and says the kitchen pass-through we framed two days ago needs to move 14 inches left because his wife saw a photo online. Has anyone else had a supervisor pull a complete 180 after the framing was already signed off?
