Glue joint on my cabinet door failed overnight

I clamped it tight and made sure the glue was even. Now I have to start over and it's throwing off my whole week, anyone else deal with this?

Even with good clamping, old glue or finish on the wood can cause fails. Sanding right before applying new glue makes a big difference.

Ugh, heard humidity can mess with glue drying right sometimes.

Wipe it down with a damp rag after sanding too. Gets rid of the dust so the new glue can really bite into the fresh wood.
